Hansen Lecture 1 - "Searching Fictional Landscapes to Guide our View of our Own World"
In this academic year’s Hansen Lectureship series, “Creation’s Call: Stewardship Lessons from Middle-earth and Narnia,” Dr. Kristen Page uses the fictional landscapes of J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis as a means to aid us in developing a greater real-life appreciation for God’s creation and our spiritual call to the stewardship of our world.

The faculty respondent for this first of three lectures is Dr. Christina Bieber Lake, Clyde S. Kilby Professor of English, Wheaton College.

The Ken and Jean Hansen Lectureship is an annual faculty lecture series named in honor of former Wheaton College trustee Ken Hansen and his wife Jean, and endowed in their memory by son Walter and Darlene Hansen.
